Question: I am a 27 yo. female with diagnosis of endometriosis and Eosinophilic esophagitis. No alcohol use and am a past smoker, other than that I am in good health. In the last 3 years I have had two healthy babies and my health is declining rapidly now. since my first daughter almost 3 yrs ago I have been diagnosed with the above conditions as well as postpartum hypertension, hypoglycemia, possible IBS and many other things that have ended up not really being what I had but have never been resolved. In november of this last year (2014) it has reached a peak in the troubles. I developed a very painful chest cough with lots of fluid and greenish-grey mucus, I am having swelling in my legs and feet and loss of appetite, I am having issues with my sight and yet I am passing vision tests, I now have a constant feeling of swelling and pressure in my abdomen esp. in the bowl and bladder region and i am having a time of it using the restroom, it feels like something is blocking the inside so I cant get the release to happen. I am getting sever bruising whenever I get bumped or have any sort of mild contact to my body mainly in the lower half of my body. I am exhausted and feel like it is never ending. I have had my thyroid, iron and other standard blood tests done for checking my levels and nobody can figure out what is wrong with me. I have just finished my second round of antibiotics and the doctors say my chest sounds okay, yet nothing is getting better, I cant catch my breath and am endlessly coughing up mucus. My father past away with cancer at 28 and I am starting to fear that I may have lung cancer or some other terrible issue. My doctor keeps reassuring me that I am fine, that it is a virus or something, yet it seems things are getting worse and I am starting to feel like he doesn't believe me. My husband is worried and I am struggling to maintain normalcy around my family.

Thanks for your query.
I can feel your agony. Every thing has been done except for screening for connective tissue disorder and possible vasculitis.
Get few tests done. RA factor, ANA, C and P XXXXXXX Sputum eosinophil count, sputum for afb staining and culture sensitivity.
Apart from this get your eye fundus examined by ophthalmologist.
