I am sorry to hear that you have an oral lesion that has been present for 6 months. If this were a viral ulceration it should have resolved in 1-2 weeks since this has been present for over 6 months I would be concerned about possible oral cancer. I recommend that you see your medical provider and be referred to an oral surgeon for possible biopsy.
