Brief Answer:
As mention below

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear XXXX
Understand your concern

Swelling is due to accumulation of fluids in intra-cellular tissue.

Following are the causes of swelling in the feet:
Congestive heart failure/heart problem, chronic venous insufficiency/ incompetent valve of vein, lymphatic obstruction, protein losing nephropathy, arthritis, infection and high salt intake.

I advice you to go for following tests to narrow down the relevant concern with is responsible for this:

Color doppler USG for venous system, urinary protein/albumin, Electrocardiogram, stress ECHO.
(let me know the results if any of them has done yet)

Take following advice:
Do regular walking, elevate leg when sitting, wear leg wedges or keep leg elevated by putting pillow under the leg during sleep, wear sport socks and proper fitting socks.

Avoid: long time standing and sitting with feet dependent, excessive salt intake.
Take healthy diet and plenty of fluids.

Hope I answered your query.

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
