Brief Answer:
Synprobiotic is safe and would not affect creatinine or blood sugar.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Synprotik is a mixture of pre and pro-biotic. It is used to improve the gut bacteria, which are helpful and avoid any infectious organisms to grow.
2. It is not known to affect sugar levels or can cause swelling of legs. The capsule will definitely will helpful. It should not cause any harm and it can taken for years. The amount of organisms should not affect the blood sugar levels. Diet could be reduced, which could be the main cause of hypoglycemia.
3. No, it has no effect on creatinine level.
4. Swelling in legs is due to increased fluid accumulation secondary to passive congestion. This passive congestion has led to fluid accumulation in leg. In sleeping position, 2-3 pillow under legs, so that the legs are above heart level, overnight, will help reduce swelling. It is a dependent edema and standing or sitting will increase, while lying down in limb elevated will reduce it. It should reduce within a day or two.
5. Creatinine is moderately elevated indicating renal damage. Repetition, can be done after 15 days.
6. Look into diet and make sure sugar levels are within normal range. Below normal sugar levels or hypoglycemia is dangerous. Always keep sugar by your side. If hypoglycemia is recurring, need to look into diet or possible overmedication. Will need to meet your doctor. Synprotik would not affect sugar levels.

Hope it helps.
