Question : Hi Doctor,

Please see the attached photos of my sister. She is having swelling in her legs.

Can you suggest what can be the treatment.

Thanks for posting the query,

I have reviewed the attached picture of your sister. There is the edema of legs. But with out physical examination and investigations it is very difficult to put her on any treatment.

I suggest you to take her to the physician and get LFT, RFT, ECG, Thyroid profiles to rule out the cause of the swelling.
