I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Generalized tingling in all limbs may be due to some vitamin deficiency or stress related.
Is there any neck pain, motor weakness, sensory loss or urinary complains?
Get tested for blood sugar, Thyroid profile, vitamin B 12.
You can take vitamin B 12 supplementation with amitryptiline for releif.
