Question : For the last two months i have been experiencing pins and needles in my head. Had been going to chripractor on a regular basis. After two full blood count tests, two mri's and xray on neck all were clear. Doctors have put it down to stress as i have been having anxiety attacks. Doctor prescribed diazapan for relaxation when bad and zolof which i havent started taking. Now have been going to physio but after each visit im sore and dont feel well. I seem to have got 2 colds in the last 10 days consisting of aching joints and back, mucus in nose.
Brief Answer:
Relaxation exercises.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I can understand your concerns.
Anxiety and stress can cause this tingling sensation (pins and needles).
Other than the appropriate drug treatment which your doctor has prescribed, I would suggest you to practice relaxation exercises and meditation. This will help you.
Overdoing physio can cause sore muscles and body. You can take ibuprofen tablet for pain relief. Do steam inhalation for cold.
Hope this helps.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
