Brief Answer:
Get blood investigations done

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Heavy continuous bleeding can be due to dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial carcinoma or due to some deranged blood parameters like decreased platelet count or deranged coagulation profile.
Since your endometrial biopsy is normal, the endometrial pathologies and dysfunctional uterine bleeding are ruled out.
I will suggest you to get your platelet counts and coagulation profile done to diagnose the condition and get appropriate treatment.
If everything is normal, then endometrial ablation can be done to stop the bleeding.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.

Hi dear,
Endometrial ablation is the procedure to ablate or thin out the endometrial lining by thermal or electrical methods.
It is a minimal invasive procedure, and is done by an OBGYN specialist at any good centre.

Brief Answer:
Were you ever given progesterone or hormonal medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Endometrial ablation can be done in cases of normal thickness of endometrium.
However, it should not be done in patients who plan to conceive.
Were you given progesterone or any hormonal medications to regulate the bleeding?

Brief Answer:
High dose of estrogen

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
If the bleeding is not stopped by primolut, Novelon, then you should be given high dose of high estrogen oral contraceptive pills like Ovral G.
Increased estrogen content in these pills have hemostatic action and is known to control any refractory uterine bleeding.
Please upload your reports, if feasible for a detailed review.
