Brief Answer:
fluid and electrolyte replacement, medication

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common reasons for acute onset is infection either viral or bacterial.
Headache and joint or muscle pain such as back pain can occur with infections particularly viral infections.

Vomiting would be associated with fluid and electrolyte loss, though the water would give back some fluid, it would not help replace the electrolytes. fluid loss and decreased electrolytes would contribute to the weakness and trembling

Using oral rehydration fluids or sport drinks such as gatorade would be helpful.
Initially only 1 tsp tp 1 tbs of one of these fluids every 5 minutes, is advised for the first hour, if this is tolerated, the amount is increased.
If too much fluid is used at a time, it causes vomiting.

No solid food is used till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms. When this occurs, dry foods are used.

Medication such as pepto bismol or dramamine can help with the vomiting though the dramamine would make you sleepy.

In most cases, the symptoms improve in a few days, some persons only have symtpoms for 24 to 48 hours.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
