Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

There might be few most common reasons of such stool including bacterial infection, allergy or intolerance of some foods or even colon cancer in the right side of the colon.

Bacterial infection can also give nausea, weakness or even fever. It should not last long (few days). Blood and mucus can be present in the stool.

Allergy usually gives sudden bowel movement shortly after foods intake.

Colon cancer should be always ruled out in case of any gastrointestinal symptoms. Especially over the age of 50. Its because the risk of this disease significantly rises over the age of 50.
If the tumor is located on the right side of colon, can block the stool and than suddenly release it. This results with watery stools. This can be the only sign.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Blood work, stool tests and colonoscopy are necessary to find the reason.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
