Question : I have peteceia in my left arm up to my elbow. There are hundreds of pin point dots.

Various common reasons for Petechiae are thrombocytopenia, platelet dysfunction, coagulation disorders, vasculitis.
I would like to advise you following investigations :
1 ) Complete blood count
2 ) Platelet count
3 ) Bleeding time / clotting time
4) PT/ INR
5 ) ANA
You should get you investigated first and kindly revert back with the reports of above mentioned investigations.
