I need further details.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The attached photograph and the history of appearance after taking a bath goes in favor of Urticaria.
However I need to know a few more details :
1. Is this erythema transient or persistent ?
2. Any itching?
3. Does this happen often or for the first time?
4. Any sore throat or fever?
Revert with the asked details for a better help.

Urticaria only.
Detailed Answer:
Hello. It seems to be Urticaria only. I would recommend you to take an anti allergic drug like Levocetrizine for a few days and even if it persists then you would need to stop all the drugs and introduce them again one by one to know which one is precipitating your problem.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
