Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it.

It is most likely a Sebaceous cyst. It needs to be removed surgically. The reason it gets filled up repeatedly is because the lining wall of the cyst has sebaceous glands which continue to empty there secretions into the cyst. Therefore unless and until the cyst is completely removed along with the lining wall it is bound to fill up again with the secretions.

I would suggest that you seek an appointment with either a dermatologist OR a surgeon.

Regards
