Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have taken note of your query and I have understood it. You have mentioned 2 concerns here: Acne and worm infestation.

Treatment of acne is guided by the severity/ grade of acne.

Topical treatment alone suffices for mild to moderate grade of acne with a few inflammatory lesions.

For moderately severe to severe grade of inflammatory acne, one of the Oral antibiotics like Doxycycline, Minocycline Or Azithromycin may also be started simultaneously with topical treatment.

I suggest you to use a topical antiacne antibacterial gel e.g benzoyl peroxide gel/ clindamycin gel for active acne spots, during day time.
You may use a topical retinoid e.g Adapalene gel, over the whole affected area once daily at night.

Oral antibiotics may be started after consulting a specialist dermatologist in person if your acne is inflammatory in nature i.e red, pustular, painful.

Since acne is recurrent, therefore, once significant improvement has been achieved, it should be maintained with a maintenance topical retinoid gel e.g adapalene gel to prevent new acne lesions.
Topical adapalene is comedolytic and antiinflammatory, therefore, helps prevent new acne lesions while also resolving existing ones.
Therefore for maintenance purposes, topical adapalene gel may be used once every alternate night or twice in a week.

Regarding worms, Albendazole is usually effective. A single dose of albendazole is recommended for de-worming.
It can be repeated 2-3 times (every 4-6 months) in a year to stay worm free.
It is a prescription product and I suggest that you to talk to your doctor for the needful.
