What Causes Pinching Sensation On Penis?

Question : Good afternoon...I'm not sure if I have an issue or if I am just being paranoid. Every once in awhile, for about 2-3 days, I get a very slight pinching sensation at the top of my penis. There is not pain. I don't have any pain when I urinate or any signs of an STD (no discharge, no burning, nothing). I have no issues urinating whatsoever. The pinching sensation is very mild...I just barely notice it. Yet when I focus on it, there it is. I am sexually active with the same partner for about 2 years now. One week ago, we had a particularly 'spirited' session. No issues. No sex since then and my pinching feeling started yesterday...6 days after. So I can't imagine it was minor trauma. My concern is something related to my prostate or bladder. Typically this goes away in a few days but is this something I should be concerned with? I had seen a urologist a few years ago and he had no idea. Could it be vitamins or supplements? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pinching sensation in glans of penis since 3 days.

Since it has cropped up after sex I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What do you mean by a spirited sexual session ,does it involved oral sex?
2) Does your female partner have vaginal infection ?

Mostly this is likely to be due to mild infection of the glans and terminal part of urethra.

Please get your routine urine test done to rule out UTI.

Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefeexime along with urinary
antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.for 5 days
.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute .

It is neither related to any Vitamin or Supplement nor it is very serious issue that you should be worried about.

Good day, Doctor. Thank you for your response. By 'sprirted' i just meant it was a little more enthusiastic. Different positions, different tempos and over a relatively lengthy period (well, for me, anyway. An hour. I'm old :) ). Yes there was oral involved and no, my girlfriend has no type of vaginal infection. I will plan to visit my doctor this week. May i ask a follow up? I do Crossfit as part of my exercise regimine. One of fhe exercises we do is front squats...basically squatting with the bar loaded in front of you instead of behind your neck. 3 days before the symptoms showed up, we were doing heavy front squats. I remember thinking as i was doing them 'I can really feel this in my pelvic floor'. The next day or two I was sore...my legs and pelvic floor area included. The soreness faded but i can still sense the pelvic floor area. Just aware of it. No pain. Could i have done something or irritated the area by squatting? If so, since its in the same general vicinity, could that be causing my issues?

The pinching sensation is unlikely to be related to squating exercise .It is just a coincidence.

Oral cavity is full of multiple bacterial fora hence it is very common to get sensation like this due to mild infection of the glans and terminal part of penis.

I am sure taking medicines which I have suggested earlier will definitely give you relief from symptom.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it gets cured up completely.
