Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I hope you do not have any difficulty in walking around and carrying out activities of daily living. This could be sign of neuropathy which has numerous causes and common could be vitamin B12 deficiency and smoking.
To help you further I would like to know about-1. Blood test for Sugar level, vitamin B12 and throid hormone.
2. Any other symptoms like dizziness, weakness in limbs?
3. Do you smoke and take alcohol?
Looking forward to your reply.
Regarding blood traces in urine, this needs further investigation like ultrasound abdomen.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Thank You.
Please share the blood reports, are they normal?

Hello
You are welcome.
This may well be a symptom of the transition phase you are going through that is menopause. My suggestion would be to take plenty of fluids, balanced diet, Milk and milk products along with vitamin supplementation like B12 and D and calcium. Regular exercises are a must.
Hope this answer your query and I shall be glad to answer further.
Regards

Thank You.

Hello
I am happy for you as blood reports are within normal limits. Now, coming back to your problem, my advice would be to follow the treatment as discussed earlier (plenty of fluids, balanced diet, Milk and milk products along with vitamin supplementation like B12 and D and calcium) for few weeks along with medication for increased cholesterol.
As far as blood in urine is concerned it needs further investigation to rule out kidney dysfunction like ultrasound, serum creatinine and blood urea.
Wishing you good health.
God bless you.
