                                            Question : Hi
I am 50 years old male and 4 months ago I saw light pink color in my semen I immediately went to a urologist who asked for urine and blood tests for blood in urine and analysis for prostate. I have done all the analysis and result came negative. He also asked for an MRI and ultra sound and I have done them all and result was good.
Now I saw the same thing in my semen after 2 ejaculations so what I do now?
Also I have an upset stomach and very little stomach pain does that have do with this or just this has nothing to do with the blood in the semen. I have no other symptoms.
I do not have increased frequency for urination ,urgency, burning urination etc
No painful ejaculation?
I have done semen culture and result was negative.
I have done urine culture and result was negative.
I have done urine test and there was little blood in the urine.
I have also done Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and Pelvis and result is good.
I worried please let me know what you think.
Thanks

You need further testing to get more idea.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You need further testing to get more idea. Some of the things have been ruled out by the tests already done. You now need Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS), Semen culture and a thorough follow up by a Urologist.
Thanks!

Dr thinks no need for Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning (TRUS)
everything was normal.
Can you tell me what I should be worried from?
and what about the bladder ? have the tests cover it?
Please give detailed answers.
Thanks
I have done the semen culture and result was negative
The most common reason the Trans Rectal Ultrasound Scanning is performed is because either a blood test called PSA is abnormally high or the findings on examining the prostate through the back passage are abnormal.
but I have a normal PSA and
Digital rectal examination is normal
                            everything was normal.

Cystoscopy is useful to evaluate about bladder

It is not clear yet, as all the tests are normal. Cystoscopy is useful to evaluate about bladder
Apart from what you have mentioned- TRUS is also used to exclude ejaculatory duct cysts, seminal vesicular cysts, müllerian cysts, utricular cysts etc, which have nothing to do with PSA levels.

                                    Brief Answer:
Cystoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Bladder cancer can definitely be ruled out by a Cystoscopy. However, painless blood in urine is usually present in it and is generally caused in elderly. But, just based on the information you have given, we cannot suspect it. However, you may discuss the need of it with your treating doctor, if you are worried about it.
CT scan , Ultrasound are of limited help to evaluate Bladder cancer
