If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you with Nitrofurantoin and Cranberry juice for the issue. Plus Ibuprofen to help resolve inflammatory process. It will help resolve the symptoms. I suggest you to adjust timings of sexual intercourse according to a fact that you have had a need to urinate right after you ejaculate.

Observe Barrier Contraception (condoms) until you get better.
