Irritation or allergy are the possible causes.

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and gone through the pictures you uploaded.

This red dots or spots might be due to some irritation due to soap or some external application or due to allergic to condom or the vaginal secretions etc.

But before proceeding further,I would like to know,

Since when you have noticed this red dots?
Is there any pain or burning or irritation over the glans?
Do you often use condom during sex?
Do you had sex with some unknown or professional girl recently?

Brief Answer:
allergic to condom or the vaginal secretions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the quick response.

In that case, this red dots are likely to be due to allergic to condom or the vaginal secretions but no need to be worried as it can be managed.

Gently retract the foreskin and soak in warm plain water to clean glans penis and foreskin.

Avoid using soaps as they may further irritate the skin of glans.

Use antihistamine tablet like cetrizine 10 mg twice daily for a week will solve your problem than with topical application.

If possible, then change your condom or use from some different manufacturer company.

You will start improving within 5 to 7 days with all this precautions and OTC medications.

Topical steroid ointment (like betamethasone) application will also be helpful but at present there is no need of it as you do not have any sign of infection of glans penis (no pain and no burning).

Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
No need to test for STD at present.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the appreciation.

I don't think that you should go for STD test as this red dots are allergic and not infective.

Only in case, this redness accompanied by pain, burning and irritation then you can go for tests to rule out STDs.

At present there is no question about STD.So,do not worry and be rested.

Hope this will clear your doubt and if you have no more query then kindly close the discussion with your feed back.

Wishing good health.
