Hi
Dear XXXXXXX
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have gone through your query.
I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1] Please do not panic.
2] I hope at your age , you are already in post menopause stage. With that thing in mind, if you are noticing bleeding from vagina and not through urine; we need to investigate step by step.
3] I will suggest to get USG done to rule out any structural problem in uterus or around.
4] Please get check up from gynecologist- per speculum and per vaginal, to look for cervix erosion or polyp or any infection. Sometimes thinned out vaginal wall can also cause spotting.
5] I usually suggest diagnostic Hysteroscopy to have detailed and direct magnified view of uterus from inside.
6] Also a course of antibiotic, anti fungal, vitamin C will also be of help.
I hope my answer helps you.
Thanks.
Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr Purushottam
