What Causes Pinkish Urine?

Question : Clear urine with pinkish hue and tiny pieces of red tissue when urinating, severe pain with urination and swollen bladder. I've been hydrating for over 4 hours with only change being the need for urination is more urgent and frequent than before.

Pinkish urine is suggestive of bleeding inside the urinary tract. It is usually from a stone or infection.
