Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You should not be getting pins and needles in toes . It is some other cause.

Have you been checked for diabetes recently (as it causes pins and needles in toes)?

Please also get a urine culture and antibiotic sensitivity as that will decide the correct antibiotics.

Why are you on regular paracetmol ?

Hi had tests last year no indication for diabetes. I take regular paracetamol for chronic right sided pain after several tests last year no real diagnosis only that explained by consultant at time just reaction my body has. I have no other problems just obese since having my last child 6 years ago. When I have pain in right side it comes quickly and leaves after few days gives symptoms of colicky pain nausea and diarrhea. I have not had episode since December 2013.
I would appreciate if could advice on new incontinence I have managed overactive bladder up to now with little leakage if don't get to toilet quickly I am very concerned that I am urinating with no urgency just pain when I am passing urine. Yes gave urine sample that's when changed antibioticsThankyou

Hi

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXX,

If there is a new incontinence and pain then i will advise that you get a sonography pelvis and a urodynamic study now.

This will help finding the exact cause.
