this could be a number of things but for sure you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
one possibility is low calcium level. this can cause this type of numbness.
second possibility is some type of pinched nerve. if you have any weakness or difficulty with speech this is an emergency.
rarely this type of symptom can be associated with some cancers which I doubt in your case.
