Brief Answer:
Please don't be alarmed

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The most common cause for this feeling would either be an ear infection in its early stage or diabetes.

There can be rarer causes like impacted wax or a mild swelling due to ear probing.

If the symptoms persist for more than 2 days then I would like you to meet an ent doctor. He will examine you and guide you further.

In the mean time I would like you to prevent water from entering your ears and do not probe the ear with cotton buds.

Take care
