What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation, Itchy Hands And Dry Cough?

Thank you
Patesthesias Needs work up
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. These pins and needle sensations are called paresthesias and has multiple possibilities. In your case with history of two antihypertensives medications and DMARDs the first thing which comes to mind is stroke , XXXXXXX stroke or a transient ischemic attack. Your blood pressure needs to be monitored and radiographs of your brain need to be looked at. If stroke? TIA is rule dout as age of 59 with history of hypertension is a strong candidacy for TIA.
The next thing which comes to mind is vitamin B12 deficiency as it is very likely to reduce due to pain medications and DMARDs like prednisone and hydroxychloroquine you take. You should start B12 supplements in injectable form .
Other possibility is a nutritional neuropathy which at old age is very common cause of these pins and needles sensations.
Lets wait for the labs and try vitamin B 12 mean while and keep an eye over blood pressure and make sure medications are taken compliantly. I am sure these sensations will go away.
I hope it helps , take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
