Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

It can be just a manifestation of anxiety. However,a Transient ischemic attack(TIA) may last for a few seconds sometimes.Brain imaging is unlikely to reveal anything in such a short TIA.So,CT scan of Head or MRI Brain will not be of a likely benefit.
But,I suggest you to get evaluated for the risk factor profile.
Please get the following evaluation done-
1)Blood pressure check for hypertension.
2)Blood sugar fasting
3)Lipid profile
4)serum homocysteine
5)ECG
Please get back with the investigations.
If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review as your rating will be of help to me.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
