Question : HI I am feelings of pins and needles, stomach issues and mild headache. Not sure what this is I have had the pins and needles before but this seems worse. I take synthroid, my dr recently reduced from 150 to 133 4 weeks ago, I take atentol 25mg for a mild blood pressure and 4 mg of livalo, but had not taken the livalo in 2 days thinking it was reaction to livalo as I have issues with statins. my blood pressure is fine 108/74/64 just not sure what this is.

                                    Brief Answer:
Just thyroid disorder
Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering but they are all related to thyroid disorder and you have nothing to worry to much.
I would recommend to avoid caffeine drinks, use as much chamomile tea as possible and just stay calm.
You have nothing to worry, it is just a anxiety disorder provoked by thyroid.
If symptoms persist you can start for some days alprazolam, discuss with your neurologist about dosage.
Hope my answer helps you

Thank you this was helpful and eased my concerns. Does this typically happen when there is too much thyroid hormone or not enough. As I mentioned my dr recently lowered my dosage I am wondering if it should be lowered again.

Thyroid disorder
Detailed Answer:

Thyroid is the first disease to exclude when patient suffering anxiety symptoms.
You are diagnosed with that so it just need more time.
Anyway about the therapy you should wait some more time and recheck the hormones before lowering the dosage.
Hyperthyroid secretion is more common in anxiety disorder.
Hope I had released you, you have nothing to worry.
