I read your MRI report carefully.
Judging from that report there is no allarming data.
There is a small pituitary adenoma which I suppose you knew about since it was present in past exams as well. It hasn't enlarged compared to your past exam so no reason to change anything in your management.
There was also some atrophy which is common with age and doesn't warrant any further probing unless you have involvement of higher functions such as memory, language, judgment etc.
Also the microvascular changes are common with age so no reason for concern, apart from paying attention to vascular risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol and obesity etc.
