Hi
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
good day.
Noted your concern.
It is extremely important to know the thyroid blood tests before further advice can be given regarding your problem. Could you please attach thyrod blood works done before dropping the dose to 50 mcg ?
The symptoms stated by you could be due to thyroid related issues or just anxiety. If you have excess thyroid hormone in the body, that cause palpitations, tremors and occasionally weight loss too. It wil be great if you could attach the reports. It may be worthwhile checking a CBC to look for anemia as well.
In the interim, you may take Inderal ( propranolol) for palpitation ( provided you have no asthma or contraindication for a beta blocker)

Thank you. I do not have the blood test info. I would need to get that from my MD. Last night I started having moderate cramping in my stomach and flu like feeling and very weak. I made an appt today for my MD to follow up with the new issues.
