Question : I suffered a stroke 6 months ago and following a period of rest, recuperation and physiotherapy I have made a good recovery and managed to go back to work (as a secretary). I seem to have trouble remembering peoples names and my mind is not as quick as it used to be.

Is this a result of the stroke and is there anything I can do to help things improve?
