Question : From last 1 year

I am contnuously facing the problem of forgetting things (even th critical ones)
Also i am facing poor concentration towards my work.

From last 2 yrs

I feel headache in strong sunlight around 12:00 noon till 4:00 pm while walking or driving a two wheeler.

Thanks for your query.

Poor memory and lack of concentration when coupled with headache needs to be evaluated in detail. There could be a organic cause for the same. You may have to consult a Neurologist for the same. He may ask for imaging studies and interpret to identify the cause and plan a suitable management.
