Brief Answer:
Need some further details regarding..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome to HealthcareMagic,

Now please clarify the exact location first, as the causes can be region specific and reasons can be variable based on the exact affected location.. When you say "bubble popping feeling at the back" - i believe your referring to the back part of your body i.e. on/around the spinal cord.. but please clarify this part i.e. "lower back adjacent to stomach", please note that the lower back means the lower part of your spinal column only, and it's in the back and not adjacent to the stomach, so please clarify this..

If possible, kindly upload a picture of the affected area at the reports section here, so that I can take a detailed look at it..

Please share a bit more details regarding the "bubble popping feeling" too, is there any pain/ any thing which worsens or improves it ?

Any history of trauma/injury to the area ?

Is the sensation limited to that specific body region or is it radiating to some other area too ?

Is there any past/present medical/surgical history ? Are you on any particular medications for any health concern ?

Any other problems, feel free to share..

Awaiting the details....

Take care
Kind Regards
