Question : Popping sound in lower stomach followed by cramps and a brownish discharge
Off pill as i had a clot and was recommened to do so
Previous history of endo and PCOS

My period was at least a week ago but had them 3 weeks ago with a week beeak in between. Went off pill as per hematologist advice as i got a blood clot. My periods were never regular and a gyno said to skip my period using the pill but now im off it perhaps its catching up with me

Yes it is possible that you are having irregular cycles and irregular spotting as you just got off the pill.
Do not worry, just keep a menstrual diary.
With irregular cycles, this is normal.
What is your height and weight ?
have you had an evaluation for your irregular periods ?
Maybe I can suggest one if you never had it ?
