Question : I was 6weeks pregnant i miscarried they hospital took a test and it came up positive i took a test a week after and it came up positive is it my homones??

after miscarriage there will be test positive any where up to 1 month is possible. to get normalised. good luck.

If you are not sure weather you had miscarriage or not. Or only the urine pregnancy you are relayed on - which can be false positive in about 3% cases. BHGG is a blood test which also can be used for confirmation of the pregnancy.

In this case i would recommend to get an ultrasound examination done that will give definitive imaging evidence of presence any intrauterine pregnancy or not.

In case of miscarriage ultrasound will help identifying presence of RPOC - retained products of conception.

hCG levels can remain in the system 1-2 months after an abortion, thus, resulting in a positive test, so do not test it will cause stress for you. If any chance get an ultrasound it will clear your doubt.
