Question : Recently trying to conceive. Period is suppose to start the day after tomorrow. I have noticed old blood brown like particles when wiping. Any ideas?

This is initial shedding of blood in the form of minute dots.

This will gradually transform into menstrual bleed.

In case you have not conceived,by this time it can be referred to as premenstrual spotting.

You need to get an Ultrasound for Confirmation and menstrual period staging,if you need an early confirmatory result.
