Brief Answer:
urine culture and sensitivity test

Detailed Answer:
HI,

This finding of your may be related to chronic cystitis, though there is no presence of bacteria. Non- bacterial inflammation is also possible and sometimes is very difficult to be perfectly treated. On the other hand, thickened bladder can be caused by conditions like tuberculosis and also sometimes by carcinoma in some individuals. Try get done with urine culture and sensitivity test again so that appropriate antibiotic can be chosen.
