Brief Answer:
add a decongestant, nasal spray

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This is most likely due to post nasal drip of mucus to the back of the throat.

This is the most common cause of this symptom.

The use of a decongestant along with the anti histamine that you are using plus a nasal spray, would help. Eg zyrtec d, allegra d, claritine d, benadryl d.
These would be over the counter.

Some examples of the topical steroid nasal sprays that are used for post nasal drip are nasonex, nasocort, rhinocort, flonase, avamys
One of these would require a prescription

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
