Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

read your question and i understand your concern . Pressure and fluid feeling in the head is normal and nothing to worry about. Most of the time sinusitis resolves in a week to 10 days. All you need is supportive care with nasal saline, corticosteroids, decongestants, over the counter pain killers and an antibiotic which you already are on in form of augmentin. There are some herbs like Sinupret and SinuGuard, contain cowslip, gentian root, elderflower, verbena and sorrel that are proven helpful in sinusitis symptoms relief you may try them as well.

Just rest, drink more fluids, moisten your sinus cavities. sleep with your head elevated , rinse your nasal passages, avoid cigarette smoke or any other irritant, use humidifier and know your allergies and control them.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
