Brief Answer:
Stress, Migraine etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
Head pressure can commonly occur due to many causes. In your age group; anemia, stress, thyroid diseases and migraine variant of headaches should be excluded.
If your hemoglobin is normal and have no thyroid disease, the possibilities narrow down to extreme stress, sleep deprivation and migraine headaches.
If you have any neck pain also, cervical sprain mostly due to continuous sitting in front of the computer is a possibility.
If you also have nausea, sun light hypersensitivety and irritation to sounds during the time of pressure, migraine is a possibility.
Stress headache and migraine often go hand in hand; so in any case you need to get out of mental, physical and psychological stress.
You can try simple drugs like naproxen 500 mg or acitaminophen for symptomatic relief.
If you keep getting these periodically, you need to consult your doctor, get some routine investigations done and start over prophylactic drugs like propranolol or topiramate (which will be decided by your physician).
Feel free to post any queries.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
stress relief is the solution.

Detailed Answer:
In that case,
It could be simple stress headache. You might get relief with the above drugs that i mentioned.
Meditation and stress relieving exercises like deep breathing sometimes help.
Take enough rest, avoid excess worry over your health (your age is not in favour of any serious diseases), see that you get good sleep.
Avoid smoking and alcohol (if habituated).
Anxilolytic drugs might also help you which requires a prescription by your doctor, but that is a later option if everything fails.
Hope this helped.
Have a speedy recovery.
