Cervical spondylosis
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
It appears that you could be having symptoms of cervical spondylosis. This is really arthritis of the spine did to posture and frequent strain to the neck.
Avoid bending neck forward or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the affected region. Avoid using thick pillow. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days. Perform neck extension exercises and TENS therapy at the Physiotherapist's.
Do get an Xray of the cervical spine to confirm.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
