Question : I have pressure between my anus and scrotum, closer to the anus. I'm 36 and have been experiencing this for a few months. Also have cramp like feeling in my stomach almost like really bad gas pain. I have a feeling like a lump near the anus however, not sure if there is or if the the whole area is just enlarged. My poo seems to be coming out a little narrow. I have had a dull pain in my left testicle for years as well. Any ideas?

Hi,

From what you are describing, the pressure you are feeling between your anus and scrotum is related to genital problems:
- epidimytis or other infections.

Given that you had left testicle pain in the past, you need to get a further evaluation by urologist for proper treatment.

Next, having a bad gas pain, and having narrow passing poo, are indicative for constipation. However, I highly recommend to run a colonoscopy to rule out other local (rectal) pathologies.

Meanwhile, I advise to avoid constipation:
- drink a lot of water
- have foods high in fiber content
- avoid spicy, coffee, chillies, fried foods
- take acetaminophen for the pain
- avoid sexual intercourse until improvement
