Question : I am living with MS and currently learned that the MS has left my brain but is still in my neck. I am currently on vitamin D32000IU pills along with taking my weekly shot of Avonex for my MS. I keep feeling pressure in the back of my head and need to know what is happening. It happens daily but not all day. Can you let me know what I am dealing with?

I understand your query and concern.

Your symptoms are related Relapsing and remitting course of MS (RR MS).Its part of the disease course.

So I advise you to continue with your medication,if symptoms are severe you may need dose escalation of Avonex.

An MRI Brain and cervical spine will be helpful.
