Pain in the lower chest followed by headache is typical of gastritis. Here is what you should do

1. Tab Omeprazole can be taken once daily before food for the pain. Continue with this for 7 days
2. Avoid spicy food, milk and milk products
3. Smaller meals 4-5 times a day is better than 3 large meals
4. Do not sleep immediately after dinner. Stay upright for 2 hours

If the problem persists please visit your GP for clinical examination.

Brief Answer:
Headaches common with acid reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Headaches are common with acid reflux. I recommend Omeprazole with domperidone combination once a day for the acid reflux instead of plain omeprazole.
