                                            Question : Hi,
I've been to doctor after doctor and I can't seem to get an answer for my problem. To sum it up, I have pressure in my left frontal lobe that comes and goes. When it's strong, I get a sense of dizziness which feels like Im intoxicated and it is accompanied by a wave of tiredness. It is also sometimes, but more rarely accompanied by discomfort in the left side of my chest and arm.
I have noticed that the pressure feeling in my head is increased around stimulation eg. computers, coffee, wine. I also have recently started to have caffeine sensitivity - which I never use to have. Just the smell of it is enough for me.

I have had tests for iron, diabetes, vit B, sinus infections and ears and it's none of them. I have even had my heart monitored in the hospital but there is no conclusions and I am starting to get really worried.
Do you have any ideas on what this could be? I had been taking domperidone for breastfeeding. I thought it was that but I have stopped taking it for a month now and no changes.

Sorry - i'll write this again.
I get headaches but I would say no more or less than an average person. There is slight discomfort/pain with the head pressure but not to a point where its notable pain.
I havent lost consciousness during an episode.
I do have slight vision disturbances. When it comes on strongly, my vision loses focus and everything looks a bit like it's waving. If that makes sense? Like being on a rocky boat but just my vision, not my body. I've been told it isnt vertigo.
I was prescribed Metamide but I havent noticed any changes.
Looking forward to your reply.

                                    Brief Answer:
Carotid artery doppler
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
Considering the nature of the headache and its association with vision disturbance, I suspect the problem to be due to deficiency of the blood supply to the head and neck region.
You may have to get a Carotid artery doppler test done. This test identifies is there is any disturbance in the blood circulation into the head.
Do get the test, this rules out an important cause which untreated over years can get serious.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
