i read your question and i understand your concern. Forehead numbness and cold with pressure sensations is likely a sinus involvement of forehead bones also called frontal sinuses. Sinusitis is the likely explanation for this, It may trigger to migraine headaches and is easily manageable.

You would probably a little antibiotics and decongestants for the relief. APart from the medicines you may also need

Humidification/vaporizer
Warm compresses
Adequate hydration
Smoking cessation
Balanced nutrition
Non Narcotic analgesia

You should seek an otorhinolaryngologist and let them help you in this regard further in this management.
