Question : Hi,

I took this supplement in the link for 2 days than i stopped it .I took 2 table twice a day as mention i can take 6 tablet a day for and i stopped for 2 days and i feel i have heavy headed and i don't feel very well in my head and some time i feel pain in back of my head but not always . Should i do see a doctor and is there any thing concern ?
and i take blood pressure med regularly

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. I have checked the given link. Let me tell you the effects of such products are not clinically tested and therefore there is no concrete evidence that such products work. Furthermore, the side effect profile too has not been studied. Therefore it is perhaps reasonable to refrain from use of such products.

Please continue to take your blood pressure medication regularly. As of now take paracetamol or acetaminophen to control your heavy headedness. Refrain from the supplement. If that does not help, feel free to visit a doctor. You can wait till then.

Is it safe if i continue take this supplement with blood pressure medication and is there any side effect or interaction with medication ? because i asked me doctor and he told me not use it because it will raise my blood pressure but another doctor here said it's ok to use it. that's why i am confused

As I have already mentioned, the safety features of such supplements have not been adequately studied and therefore cannot be commented upon. Same about possible interactions with medications. I would echo your doctor's suggestions by expressing my apprehensions about the use of such a supplement. The other doctor might have assumptions of safety but safety features cannot be 'assumed' but rather need to be 'tested'. I do not see a scope for confusion.

But can i take Galantamine hydrobromide 4 mg instead of previous supplement with blood pressure medication to help me for memory and concentration and this is FDA-approved . and show is very safe ?

Would work only in limited set of circumstances

Galantamine is used for the treatment of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease and various other memory impairments. It can also be used to treat myasthenia, myopathy, muscular dystrophy, and sensory and motor dysfunction associated with disorders of the central nervous system. Unless you are suffering from these, taking it would not help.
