I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you. The symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of multiple possibilities.
1. a cardiac condition. I suggest testing a echocardiography.
2. a possible gastritis. Start tab pantocid 40 mg twice a day on empty stomach.
3. pancreatitis. it needs to be tested by amylase and lipase.
4. gall bladder condition. You need to test the ultrasound of the abdomen.
