Brief Answer:
Bladder infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Pain in this location is usually caused by a bladder infection. You may have frequent urinating with this issue as well.
Temporal relief can give Buscolisine or Metamizole. Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound should be done. Antibiotic might be necessary.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
