                                    Brief Answer:
Hello. It is due to the distorted anatomy
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. Iam very sorry to say, but this is all due to distorted anatomy as support of rectum has been lost by hysterectomy. No surgical procedure can help but, physiotherapy and pelvic exercises can help you.
You need a clinical examination by physiotherapist to determine the exercises for you. Medicines too wont help.
Thanks and regards

I am already doing pelvic exercises every 2 to 3 hours for 5 min. What would a physiotherapist be able to do.
Any ideas
what about freezing the nerves in the rectum stump ?

Hello. Frrezing will help only in case of pain
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Freezing the nerves only will help in case of pain. So it is not a good option. Continue with the exercises because physiotherapy provides results after a prolonged period.
Thanks and regards

Thank You, physiotherapist says I am doing the right exercises. It is the pain that is nerve racking. A bout of severe pain every 2 or 3 days when my bowels fill up. no not constipation, just plain soft mush. When I empty the bowel with medication or suppositories, the stool is watery and that is when I have no pain, but pressure. I cannot live long with constant washed out intestines. Why is there not a suppository that I can insert into my anas that might kill the pain in the stump.
in addition - pain gets so bad I have to take oxicondin or morphine and has caused 4 trips to emergency in the past 10 months.
