Question : hello doctor. during sleep i get ejaculations from wet dream. the thing is during ejaculation in my sleep, i seem to get pressurized pain at the pelvic area. i'm not sure how to describe where the pain is. it's more of at the anus and the penis is not hurt. on a side note, i do not experience any back pain and my urine colour is clear and in a healthy state and i drink plenty of water everyday. can you please clarify the problem i am having.

pain in pelvic area onejaculation can be due to prostate infection or urine infection. Please get ultrasound KUB and prostate with seminal vesicles. also get fasting blood sugar.
